I am Free

I am free,my spirit is free.

I am blessed,with joy.

I love to walk in the rain.

Pick flowers in the field;

Watch the butterflies play.

I love to watch the sunrise,

And watch the sunset.

I am a child of the earth.

You may think I am simple,

I am not.

I see with my eyes,

The simplicities of life.

A smile of a child,

Blowing of the wind;

As it rolls the meadow grass.

Hawks circling in the sky.

My eyes see the pain,

The sorrow.

It is hard not to miss,

I laugh and forgive.

It heals the soul.

A merry heart,

Is like a medicine.

It is ageless.
